This event is featuring IWB Board Member Melane Mullings story and her passion on helping women build impactful, sustainable business.
Melane’s cancer journey provided her a deep understanding of the foundations of success which she extrapolated to her first entrepreneurial venture in the healthcare recruiting space. Thirteen years after establishing and operating her nursing recruitment firm, Melane successfully sold her company, and is now sharing her unconventional strategies to success in her book: Lemonade!

Her consultancy grants her the opportunity to help struggling entrepreneurs and business owners achieve purpose-driven, impactful, sustainable success, and through her book, her readers gain a deeper understanding of her three-pronged approach to success in business. Melane is passionate about helping others unearth their purpose, and empowers her audiences with key strategies they can practically implement to earn more, work less and unlock the truly abundant life.
Prior to starting her business ventures, Melane graduated with honours from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree, and has worked as a Registered Nurse in both the U.S. and Canada. Melane holds the Registered Professional Trainer designation and is an avid reader, lover of live jazz, passionate Christian, and is married to her high school sweetheart after 24 years of separation. Her motto: “go boldly, dare greatly, love passionately, live intentionally” fully encapsulates her approach to life.

Experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Management, Nonprofit Organizations, Government, and Labour Relations. Often invited as a speaker to local, national and international conferences to present on various topics ranging from motivational talks, gender-based violence and education, civic engagement, politics and strengthening people management.
Erhi Ojoboh
She raised $2M+, built a microfinance bank, and spent nearly a decade in corporate finance. Now, she helps high-achieving women transform expertise into scalable offers, grow visibility on LinkedIn, and create digital income streams—without quitting their 9-5. Her mission: empower women to step out, own, and lead.
Zohreh Hejazi
Zohreh Hejazi is the visionary Creative Director at https://bazaargala.com,/ an e-commerce and advertising platform supporting small businesses. An Iranian immigrant, she channels her entrepreneurial spirit and firsthand understanding of small business challenges into empowering entrepreneurs. Her mission is to create a sustainable environment where every business can thrive.
Chantal Cleroux
She puts people before numbers, drawing on decades in corporate service to guide clients in life insurance, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, she builds trust across communities. With real estate expertise and entrepreneurial insight, she empowers families to grow and transfer wealth wisely.
