You should become a mentor if:

  • You have at least two years of successful work or business experience in Canada.
  • You're passionate about empowering immigrant women.
  • You're ready to share your knowledge and experience.
  • You want to develop your leadership and coaching skills.
  • You want to expand your professional and cultural network.
  • You believe in lifting as you climb.
  • You can commit 1.5 hours a week to mentoring.

Process

How it works

Here's how to register, and what you can expect from the application process.

    Step 1

    Complete the registration form

    Click the "Apply" button on this page and fill out the short registration form. Our mentorship coordinator will review your application.

  2. 02

    Step 2

    Wait for your match

    Based on your background and expertise, we'll connect you with an immigrant woman who aligns with your professional field or business interests.

  3. 03

    Step 3

    Talk to a mentorship coach

    A mentoring coach will be in touch when we have found a potential "mentee" for you.

  4. 04

    Step 4

    Meet your mentee!

    If you agree with the match we have suggested, you'll take part in an orientation session to get started in the program.
