Why IWB exists
Born from the belief that "together we are stronger," IWB creates a collaborative environment where immigrant women can access mentorship, training, networking, and a powerful peer-to-peer support system. Our programs-including sales training, leadership development, digital transformation, entrepreneurship fundamentals, and more-equip women with the tools they need to launch, grow, and scale their businesses.
Since 2017, IWB has hosted more than 600 live and online events attended by over 15,000 participants, connecting business owners with corporations, universities, government agencies, and community partners. Through these initiatives, we help immigrant women build their brands, expand their networks, and unlock opportunities for clients, investors, jobs, and collaborations.
IWB continues to grow across Canada through strong membership, community chapters, and scalable programs-empowering women to transform their ideas into sustainable businesses and stronger futures.
