Community Partners are employement service-providing organizations who supports immigrants to find work in their professional field. Together, these partners promote mentoring to newcomers and register them to the program, and coach and support both mentor and mentee through their mentoring partnership. As a participant in the program, your mentoring coach will be based at one of IWB’s Mentoring community partners. Referral Partners
Referral Partners are settlement and employment agencies based around the Greater Toronto Area. They refer their newcomer clients to the program.
