Every year, IWB recognizes mentors in the program for their dedication to helping newcomers restart and thrive in their careers in Canada. IWB mentors reached significant milestones this year: 46 mentors were recognized as Mentee-turned-Mentor, as well as for completing 10, 20, and 40 mentoring cycles

IWB Mentoring Partnership was delighted to highlight the outstanding contributions of our community partners in a series of partner spotlights. Thank you to our community partners and mentoring coaches for supporting mentors and mentees before, during, and after each match.

Each year, IWB recognizes our valued employer partners who reach key milestones in their mentoring journeys—starting at 100 matches and progressing through 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, and now 2,500.
